Create your Free Return Label here and follow the instructions online, then either drop off at your local Post Office or arrange a collection with Royal Mail, obtaining proof of postage. 

All items sold by Lancaster and Gibbings are guaranteed to be authentic; produced exclusively in our own workshop, in new condition, and inspected by careful quality control.

If you're in any way unhappy with your purchase we will exchange it or give you a full refund - whichever you prefer. Please return your order to us in its original condition and packaging.
